The Experience Membership is just £8.99 per year – that's less than £1 a month!

Nope! It's a yearly subscription, so you'll only be charged once a year on the anniversary of your signup date.

Unfortunately, our membership is non-refundable. But think of it this way: with all the discounts you'll score, that £29.99 will pay for itself in no time! If you've signed up and want to cancel for any reason, you can easily do that through your Account Page. Remember, your membership will keep running until your next billing date.

Claiming deals with your membership is easy-peasy:

Offline: Just show your digital member's pass (you'll get this after signing up) along with a valid ID (passport or driver's license) to a staff member. They'll scan your code and voila - deal unlocked!

Online: Email the company with a screenshot of your member's pass and ID, and they'll get you sorted.

When you signed up, you should've gotten an email with a link to download your pass. Do a quick search in your inbox (including the spam folder) for an email with the subject line: "Download your member's pass." If you can't find it, don't stress! Just email us at contact@laulimatravels.com and we'll send you a new one.
